Bacopa salzmannii 'Purple'

Bacopa salzmannii. Similar in appearance to Bacopa caroliniana, B. salzmannii grows slightly smaller, with leaves displaying deep red central veins and rusty reddish tips fading to green at the stem in ideal conditions. Under low lighting, leaves may remain green. 

This is an easy, fast growing stem plant that provides an excellent colour contrast amongst other Bacopa species. It requires moderate lighting and regular fertilisation, with CO2 injection not necessary but beneficial
