ORDERS AND DELIVERIES AllLivestock(fish/plants)are shipped using an Express Delivery (Currently this can take up to 3 days or more.) Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For livestock (fish/shrimps) and plants, your order must be in-by 11.59am (QLD Time) Sunday lunchtime for that same week delivery. Orders placed after the cut off time will go the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. (eg Orders placed on a Sunday 1.30pm, will be sent 8 days later on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped in 4 days, etc...) ... you get the idea . If you only purchase fertilisers only it will be posted anytime with Standard Post
Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email details of tracking or consignment numbers to your email address so you can track your item online as it makes your way to you. Orders can be shipped to your home, work or any other physical address you specify (some orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes) Our products/livestock are packed securely in plastic bags and boxes to ensure your products arrive in the best condition.
The drivers are instructed to leave at your premises “without signature”, if you are not home. So consider an alternate address (workplace) if you are not going to be home and want to receive your order in person.
**Public Holidays may affect clearance of funds and postage deliveries, so we may delay sending until the following week**
FISH MEASUREMENT AND SIZING Please note : Pictures are for reference only Please be aware that corresponding fish size measurements refer to TL (Total Length). TL is defined by measurement from the tip of the snout, horizontally along the midline to the tip of the caudal fin.
DOA & RETURN POLICY
If you believe an item is missing, unwell, incorrect, undersized or any other issues on delivery, please take pictures of what you have received while still in the bags (with ruler for sizing issues). Then email us - sales@liverpoolcreekaquariums.com.au We'll arrange for a refund or store credit for you - whichever you prefer unless the claim qualifies for resending the livestock. Claims MUST be accompanied with clear and accurate photos of each fish in the original sealed bag plus one picture of the fish out of the bag.
Freight/Postage costs are Non-Refundable & are not able to be Claimed. Claims must be put through within 48 hours of the delivery.
