Ludwigia brevipes. This plant grows long, narrow leaves that are bright green, or orange to red in ideal conditions. Growth of Ludwigia brevipes is fast, and with regular trimming and replanting of shoots a midground hedge can be formed quickly.

It is an easy plant to grow, requiring moderate to intense light, regular fertilisation and CO2 injection for best colouration.
